Tatiana Popova successfully defended her Master thesis with the title "Statistical prediction of the stratospheric sudden warming under tropical variability". She investigated the relationship between occurrence of the stratospheric sudden warnings and Madden-Julian Oscillation during the Northern Hemisphere winter on a sub-seasonal timescale. This research was conducted in collaboration with Vattenfall. Congratulations, Tatiana!
