End of September, Marlene Klockmann and two colleagues from the German Weather Service contributed with two workshops to the Wetter.Wasser.Waterkant 2024 fall program for public schools in Hamburg. In the workshops, the students learned about climate change and extreme events, and discussed measures for mitigation and adaptation as well as the chances that could arise from these measures.
